Picture Editing Help (gen 4 gt)

[Str1der]

Hi guys, just after some help from the more artistically minded. I'm working on a nexus 7 (2013) tablet install for my gen 4 gt and am hoping to integrate a small bootup/shutdown animation. I've been able to find this image (details below) but would like to transition to a version of the image (this is where I need your help) with the lights edited on. I am hopeless with photoshop and can't for the life of me seem to get it looking decent so was hoping someone else might be interested in helping. All I need is a jpeg with the same dimensions and the lights on...

The image is from the following link: https://i.wheelsage.org/pictures/subaru/legacy/autowp.ru_subaru_legacy_b4_2.jpg
or here (if the first link doesn't work): https://en.wheelsage.org/subaru/legacy/iv/pictures/262770/

Thank you in advance!
