Random garage tat you cannot live without

Nearly everything is in here to start with.
If it's about your car, or Subaru's in general, put it in "Subaru Chat".

Magnet pickup tool and extendo mirror to go with "the claw"...

Hose nipper clamps. Can be used as nipple clamps, in a pinch.

Super long nose pliers, slight bend and 45'. Extra points for double action super long nose pliers.

Cable operated clamp opener clamp, just found a supplier at Resa market who has these for $25 (nasty) or $45...

Hairspray and Vas. For silicone hoses and fuel o rings respectively...

Yeah it goes on slick to help the hoses pop on, then gets tacky as it sets which helps with the seal once the clamps go on.

An old dishwasher (that works) for washing parts in....

Saves being killed by 'she who must be obeyed' when she finds a pair of heads and tappet covers in the dishwasher in the house

I don't see the problem? I left room for a couple of plates and some cutlery? Must be a girl thing?

Love this idea, excellent.

Load it up with some sodium hydroxide for extra grease stripping power?

Personally I like the flexible gripper claw thingy.

And a street sweeper steel bristle, great for cleaning out the gap between a the centre electrode insulator and the side of a spark plug. (More useful in the days of leaded petrol and easily accessible spark plugs). Still gets use for 2 stroke sparkplug cleaning and re-gapping, man they get filthy!
