Max Boost people running on stock engine?

Not sure if this has been asked before, did a quick search but couldn’t find anything..

What max boost are people running on stock engines, with what power outputs? & I guess how high are people going with some internal mods??.. I know some people are going up to 22PSI, but not sure if any internal work or other mods have been done…

MY08 Lib / stock internals / MRT exhaust / CAI / Hyperflow TMIC / EcuTeK tune / 16PSI / 178kW..

I wouldn't go 22psi on the 2.5's. Here's what 18psi midrange and 16psi up top did to mine. Maybe just unlucky, tune was 'safe'. No sign of detonation as the pistons weren't pitted. Approx 200-210kw at the wheels. Personally wouldn't push any more than 190-200kw on a standard internal 2.5l. Can source cp pistons, eagle rods and acl race bearings from the US for about $1100 all up shipped. Maybe $1500-2000 or so to have them fitted and the block honed.

What other mods did you have (exhaust, TMIC, CAI)?.. Also what year lib?
