The way I am assuming warranty would be affected is Subaru will just say (when anything goes wrong with the engine) that the new top mount increased boost, or increased HP or blah blah blah which is not covered and thus voids your warranty. etc

Then again they need not know, or change it back when you get the service like most people do.

Do you think they'd notice a bigger TMIC? I guess if it had writing on it..

I found that most of the guys enjoy seeing what toys you have in your car sometimes haha..

I hav to go get my sunroof trim glued back on again.. I should tell them to just use liquid nail..

Which trim - interior or exterior?

Speaking of sunroof, I'm getting an annoying rattle when I have my sunroof fully open, somewhere from the roof...

I think Phil had the same rattling problem..

When does it happen? When it's tilted? Fully opened or half opened or other?

I haven't noticed it on mine yet..

It's the plastic/fabric trim on the inside of the car. Where the joints meld together closest to the cabin light. It's like the glue dries up or somethinig and it sometimes creeps. if you're not careful when pulling the sunroof cover closed you might grab the trim and yank on it. Not that it's happened to me.. but it could easily happen as i've noticed while fumbling to get it closed while looking ahead and driving.
