Good place for a wheel alignment in Melbourne?

I recently bought some new tyres for my 3.0r-b and need to get them fitted/balanced/aligned.

Can anyone recommend a good place in Melbournes eastern or south-eastern suburbs? (preferably around Clayton or Hawthorn).

So far I'm considering Beaurepaires Hawthorn or Jaxquickfit Hawthorn simply out of convenience.

I'm a little nervous though about taking my car to a random store in major chain for fear that they will not do the job right.

I've been extremely happy with Trutrack in North Melbourne. I had to go to 5 different shops before they could fix an alignment issue I had.

I will second that TruTrack for an alignment. I just dome my coilovers and an alignment done and she feels great. Better than the old Bridgestone service centres I used to go.

Good Luck.

My mechanic swears by pedders. So that's where I go.

^^ Reade and Ben do do a great job but I am advised that their price is going up for alignments (currently $120). FWIW I have had my last 4 alignments done there and have been spot on every time.

Pedders Moorabbin, speak with Nick.

They got a senior mechanics, Norm. Great mechanics, always find and fix problems properly.

Cheers

I get my alignments done for $40 when my mechanic calls and books for me under his name at Pedders. Good prices.
