Postby scotty.bmx » Wed Aug 11, 2010 11:12 pm

heyy, im wanting to lower my 1990 liberty wagon LEGALLY. i have already chopped my springs to see what height i want it at, and i have found the height that im satisfied with but now im confussed. king springs dont make springs for the rear of this model...can someone explain?
i have had my eyes on lovells springs but someone said that they are weak and dont last too long...
now i have no idea how else i can lower it?
one of my friends said he heard about putting wrx springs and struts in that his mate bout off ebay and installed into his car, but what type would that be?
any help would be greatly appreciated as i need to drive my car asap legally.
cheers,

Welcome to the forum. Honestly, for the gen1 stuff you'd probably be better off having a search on rslibertyclub.org. The info is there for sure. That is unless one of the old school owners can recall, I can't remember what I had on my gen1??

From memory most of the guys had Kings Springs Low on their RS rears. I had Pedders front and rear on my MY91.
