Hi,

Looking at lowering my car but don't want to compromise much in ride and comfort and was told that H&R springs were a good option.
On the H&R site they are not very specific and was wondering if anyone else has, 1. had them installed whats the ride like 2. will the below spring fit my car (04 GT)

This is whats on their website

Model Chassis Year Stage lowering Approx. Front Lowering Approx. Rear Part Number
Legacy Typ BL 2005-09 Sport Spring 1.4 1.3 54425

H & R tend to provide a lower then specified drop - May be worth getting in contact with Noozl as he has H & R's installed on his MY07 3RB.

If you want a minor drop, would suggest looking at the Eibach springs.

In terms of ride quality (Especially on Bilsteins) any sports spring is going to provide a firmer ride, but not an uncomfortable ride.

In that price range I'd go Swift Springs:

H Techs are actually the luxo version... S Techs are the sportier version if I'm not mistaken.
