C'mon Phil, Hurry with the photos!!!

I wanna see how it sits with the teins fitted.

Nice work with getting the springs Phat.

Might be interested in getting a set depending how it looks, or probably just keep saving for coilovers.

Need to see photos man!!!!!
Cheers,

Rosso.

I'm using kg-mm springs on mine, if that helps. It's an MY04 though.

The springs are not a problem with the 2.0 GT - all the springs made for the JDM GT will fit.

The 2.5 GT is a question tho for reasons listed earlier in this post.

Oh and btw, the KG-MM springs were designed to work well with Bilstein shocks as std on the JDM GT, you might want to get better shocks to take full advantage of the improvements.

I know i want TEIN flex coilovers& i want to go low, but i do have reservations on what the ride will be like compared to stock GT (wagon)suspension.
the car is an everyday driver the missus drives it most so i really don't want to stiffen the ride up much at all due to the suspension, as ill have 225 x 35 series profile tyres

can any one help!!

While you can still get a reasonably soft or comparable to stock ride with the Tein Flex coilovers you will be missing the whole point of going the coilovers imo - the extra cost with coilovers(purchase and setting up) is not going to be worth the performance you get at those settings. It will be about the same as if you just went with lowered springs only.

the main reasons for wanting coil overs is so i can have the car siting exactly the height i want it not to high not to low.
In my experience with purchasing lowered springs they tend to be a bit of hit & miss on the height you actually get & they attend to sag over time,
if i decide to go on holiday & tow a trailer i can stiffen the rear end up or same if I'm going out for the day to play boy racer, then return it back to normal with little fus. & i also have the option of playing with the setup to get a ride that is a happy compromise, with the softest setting being close to stock.
am i wrong to believe that this can be done with the right set coil-overs??

Just fitted the BL9 S.Tech springs, and they are perfect, sits the same as yours. Perfect ride hieght, with kit fitted. And love the ride, feels just like stock, but a bit lower. Will post of up pics soon.
