How long is a piece of string? What are your goals?

So hold on. As Tek was trying to extract, is your objective is to even out the ride height? Or make the fender gap between front and rear more even? Or are you looking to raise the rear because the tow bar is scraping?

Because when you're saying you want looks, it doesn't indicate whether you're after a stock appearance or a lowered appearance. And what's your budget?

what do you guys think? should i raise the rear and keep the stock look or...lower the whole car abit, not too low.

how much would it cost to lower the car springs & shocks? just wondering what you guys have done.

Your rear springs have sagged. Common problem with jap springs. A set of higher rate springs from kings/lovells (about $150) would raise the back end restoring the handling and the clearance.
Going for performance/ride height.......that's different. Coilovers $1500 plus. Bilsteins/Koni's and springs $1300 plus. You're choice.

I looked into both, and Koni Yellows were $1400 and Bilstein B8 Sprints were $1500 and that is not even paying RRP. This is before springs are added.

Twice the distance from the centre.

Go with Q's thinking and just get some new springs for the rear if you want to even things up. Cheapest option by a country mile.

Andrew,

This set of springs will probably solve your problem rather than just replacing rears only:

Still a little lower than stock, AND won't be sagging in the bum causing tow bars to scrape
