Hey guys,

Only just recently stumbled on Tenzo wheels.. I think a lot of them look great and I know that most are rip-offs or imitations of previosuly done rims.

Does anyone own them and have any feedback on them at all>?

I have read that they are relatively heavy and some people would not go near them... but for a reasonable price... would you even consider buying some to replace my MY06 sti enkei's?? or am I speaking insanity?

I do not know much about wheels etc.. but love the look of the Type M version 1 and version 2 for my wagon. The link is below:

Btw have never heard of that that brand of wheel, just wanted to help you off load them to me.

if tony doesnt take your STI wheels ill help you with a place to dump them (my garage)

i havent really heard anything bad about those wheels but cant say ive ever really seen a set or anything.

let us know how it goes if u end up getting a set

I've got Tenzo Type M V1's in 18" on my wagon and I'm pretty happy with them. They're cheap so of course they aren't going to be light but I didn't notice any difference between the standard wheels.

Swapping from Sti Enkei's to these would be crazy talk in my opinion though.

Yeah I will stick with my enkei's for now... lol. Dont get me wrong. I love em.. just cant afford Volk's or RAYS. hehe

I had the unfortunate incident of letting my partner drive the car a few days back and so being double de-merits weekend and as I left my licence at home... I decided to let her drive.

first corner she turns... *GGGGrrrrRriind* gutter rashed almost a quarter of the back wheel. She has done it before to another and another. I'm in pain looking at them at the moment.

Yeah, stick with the Enkei's unless you upgrade to 19's. Otherwise in 18's, the Enkei's are the best bet. If you're not happy with the colour, now is the good opportunity to powder coat them a colour you like when you get them repaired.

i think they look good and the weights would be pounds not kg's

I can't remember exactly but I think they were around the $2k mark with Hankook tyres.
