There are some second hand wheels and tyres i'm interested in for my 05 Liberty 3.0r-b, with the following specs:

Wheels: 18x7.5+42 5x114.3
Tyres: 225/40/18

Just wondering, would these fit my liberty and look right?

Also, would the tyres fit the oem 3.0r-b wheels?

The tires will fit your OEM wheel (if it came in 18" that is, I can't remember). But the wheels won't fit your Liberty as you need 5x100 PCD, not 5x114.3.
