Donnellans in Collingwood, see Rocky. Great service.
Just had my S001's swapped onto new rims and balanced, $22 per wheel.
Had them check the alignment too, usually $70 but only minor adjustment required so charged a little less :-).
Answered all my questions and were really fast too.

Donnellans in Box Hill. These guys are extremely honest. Went in there with what I thought was a nail in the tyre. They drove the car in, jacked it up, took the wheel off and tested it, found nothing and then refused payment as they "haven't done anything". I was embarrassed by wasting their time and demanded to pay anyway and the owner wouldn't hear of it. Will definitely go back for tyres.
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

- 100 to JaxQuickFit in Moorabbin:

I sent an enquiry with about 10 questions inside of it, instead of getting a phone call back I got a one liner e-mail:

Thanks for your enquiry Jake i am sorry i cant help with enki wheels and as far as trading in wheels and tyres from new cars we dont do that either

Looks like a bloody 15 year old replied and can't even answer my question properly I didn't mention once that I wanted to trade in my current wheels or tyres.

WTF.... AND ENKI WHEELS? THEY CAN'T EVEN SPELL IT

St George Tyres in Arncliffe (NSW) are pretty good with decent pricing. They also have a reasonably large eBay auction site as well.

They are good for prices for sure, but they rattle the lugnuts on really hard - had to use a breaker bar and a 3/4 socket to get mine off last time...!

Also, the eBay listings are for shipping orders ONLY. Shop purchases will be the same price but you can't buy on eBay and then collect from the shop - they won't let you do that. Discovered that with the last lot of tyres I bought from them, but they cancelled my eBay order for me and just paid in-store.
I was going to procrastinate, but I put it off...

SA:

Beaurepaires - Tanunda

Seriously, these guys are brilliant. They blow away the opposition on service and are the best on price to the point where I don't even shop around any more. I have taken tyres in there for puncture repairs and they have not charged me and a lot of them know me by name. They pick my car up from work and drop it off when it's done.

Now, I must admit that I don't ask them super-technical questions or ask for anything super-special but for what I want, they have never let me down.

cheers,

bj

Possibly the best priced kumho tyres in australia.
I would not get any work done by them, as they are monkeys at best.
I do buy my rubber from them though.

Recently purchased some KU31's from St George Tyres on eBay. Delivery was really quick (3 days from payment, Sydney -> Adelaide) and service was excellent. Got them fitted at my local tyre shop for $25 per corner and all up saved over $200 for the set.
