No issues with offsets or fitting them, they fit perfectly with 225/40 tyres although you could put 235 wide if you prefer. May need rear guard work to fit 235 tyres without scrubbing or rubbing though.

Potholes/undulations no problems, they seem pretty strong and reasonably light for the specs. I had a few paint chips (no peeling though) fairly quickly which I'm assuming was either careless tyre fitters or rocks/debris from the road.

Interesting to hear. Thanks for the feedback. On the shortlist Im considering the Ultrex Viper Hyperblack's, or going the more subdued RS Gunmetal rims. Not sure with my car. Thoughts or suggestions?

Both would look good on your car I reckon, it's really up to personal taste.
I personally would go gunmetal simply because I think you lose the detail of the rim in the darkness of black. I like colours one step lighter like gunmetal, charcoal, etc.

Same. Also, I want to make sure the finish is a gloss finish and not matte finish. No offense to those who have a matte finish but I think the gloss finish is a much classier look.

Agreed.
Which is why I'm getting a set of Advan RS-IIs in Semo-Gloss Black

Depends on tyres but on a standard size for that rim (235/40/18) it will fit but requires rear guard rolling.

I ended up putting the specs into that willtheyfit.com and according to that, it will sit 4.7mm closer to the strut. Checked how much room there was between the front wheel and strut on the stock TB STi setup and theres maybe 8-10mm. Too close for comfort for me.

For me, that is the reason why I will stick woth a 8" wide wheel and 225's. Just don't want the hassle.

Great looking wheels. Any scrubbing? Price? Location?

Once the front left scrubbed on the plastic guard liner when I went through a dip in the road but I had the suspension wound down and 5 blokes on board so no issues really.

I think I paid $300 a wheel? I got five because I didn't think they were making them anymore. I've kept the wheels and was going to put them on my wifes MY09 Foz xt when it needs tyres next. (it's been lowered too)

Got them from a local tyre shop in Central Vic.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. Sounds like the scrubbing happened due to the car being lowered and a full car load? A once off scrub you can live with. When it's scrubbing almost continuously on smaller undulations is when you really need to worry.
