Black MY04 Liberty - wheel opinions?

Postby IDOLYZ » Fri Jan 19, 2007 10:53 am

Hi,

I am looking to get some 18" rims for my Liberty. I like the charcoal with chrome lip, or just chrome, but want them to stand out, so not plain silver. Car will be getting lowered with Whiteline springs at the same time. Let me know what you think of these? (i realise not everyone likes chrome, so suggest me a rim if you don't like them)

there probably are, but i want 5 spoke straight rims, and ones that won't go out of fashion within a year. I like the HP Envy's, but are twice the price...

Not exactly sure what you're after, but I've been looking for some 5 spoke rims which suit your mentioned criteria..

These would look sweet, black face chrome lip.. but they only come in 20's apparently..

http://www.tempetyres.com.au/products_closeup.asp?part=&part_no=601

They also comin in Chrome in both 18" and 19"

Not sure whether your into the split spoke design, but check out these Axis rims (again, only 19" though)..

thanx for that...

I like the 20" Zenetti's if they came in 18's.

The second ones are 18" x 8.5" wide, so too wide...

Not really into the Axis Matrix, but love the Axis Hiro's :)

All depends on pricing, not wanting to spend more than $2k.

Nice choice mate. I saw an atlantic blue gt with those rims on it in Mackay (does anyone on this forum know this car? its also got purpley looking flames down the side of it.......different :D ) it looked pretty sweet, IMO they'll look even better on a black rig like yours! 8)
Cheers,

Rosso.
