I've got an 07 GT-B wagon and want to know if the Tein GT wagon coilovers off an 04-06 GT will fit my car...

from what i can see yes. it is the same part number for models from 1998 to current

Have you thought of Pedders Xtreme coilovers instead...a lot cheaper than Teins and very similar in performance.
