Hi everyone!

I am after the best fitment you can get on our Libertys and throughout all the research i have done, i have come to the conclusion that 18x9.5 +38 wheels and 235x40 tyres are what i will need. I have seen countless Americans running 18x9.5 wheels and adding a little bit of camber and rolling their guards was all that they have said is needed to make them fit without any issues. So my question is, is this the case and has anyone had any previous experience with running these on a post face lift spec b? Cheers!

You’ll need coilovers and preferably adjustable rear lateral and upper arms.
Plus guard roll lips up and out and some trimming of the rear plastic forward arch trims.

And commitment!

There’s a few cars here with similar spec, Owens old bspec being a paradigm.

Thanks, ive just ordered in MCA coilovers and have got rear camber bolts currently. It’s a real toss up, i reckon the hassle might not be worth it especially for a daily. I’ll see how i feel when the coilovers arrive haha.

8.5 +45 is flush with coilovers and guardwork.

I like +35 :P
