Hey club lib,
I just bought a set of pedders coils off someone in the Facebook group. They were off a prefl wagon with a blown bottom end bearing. Looked really good, no signs of anything wrong.
I Had them fitted and took the car in for an allignment this morning.
After about 5 hours in the workshop I get a call saying that they can't adjust the front left camber with the stock camber bolt.
Apparently even with max negative camber set on the bolt the wheel was still out to almost positive degrees.
Then he said that either the hub is bent - Or a lower control arm is stuffed?
The car has never been in a Collision to my knowledge so I can't imagine the hub bending for any reason. Same goes for the arm.
Question I have is, could it be the strut thats bent and not allowing the wheel to camber in?
Mechanic suggested going out and buying a new set of camber bolts like pedders ones or Whiteline.
What other options do I have
I can post photos if requested!
Thanks guys!
