Vibrations - after market drive shaft

Hi all , had my outback 3.0 inner passenger boot split 6 months back, didn't get to it quick enough and it was fairly toasted. So as I've done in all my cars, just had an aftermarket drive shaft fitted.

And that's where the fun begins, after much reading it looks as though aftermarket drive shafts are not made within specs of the OEM. When I picked the car up, I immediately noticed the vibration as soon as I put it in drive or reverse. It's the same feeling when you have bad engine mounts. It's hell annoying. In neutral it's classic H6 smooth. Around 80 up hills I can feel slight shudder as well. Not there before the shaft change.

As you can imagine Kmart (yes I know, it's around the corner from work) are saying impossible etc etc suggested all the nice expensive things like new engine mounts etc. they have agreed to pay for the old drive shaft if the OEM fixes it.

Booked in for for OEM this week, fingers crossed. I'm hoping it's not just an issue of old vs new, soon see.

Maybe a balancing weight was lost from a wheel while it was in the shop.

Worthwhile getting them to balance all the wheels while they look at it.
