Has anybody ever seen both front coil springs on a 2006 Subaru Outback H6 broken before?

Oh wow.
I wonder if the top hats were binding and the spring wouldn't compress normally? Then it went around a motocross track..

It looks like the previous owner tried doing aerials with the car and failed miserably.
