MY04 wrx springs on a MY06 liberty

Hey guys,
Has anyone put stock 2004 wrx springs and struts on a 2006 liberty sedan before? If so, how did they fit? Any complications?

Rears won't fit, completely different design.
Fronts might, but why bother when you can get Liberty specific ones from a few places already.
