Busted aftermarket rim - best replacement as spare?

So probably due to having gone over too many ridiculous Queensland road craters in the last 6 years, one of my rims has cracked and the tyre isn't holding air.

In short, it's fucked and needs to be replaced. Current rim spec is 18" 7.5" width, +48 offset. I'm having trouble finding just a single matching rim to replace it and I'm currently running my spare (I bought 5x of the same rim originally), so if I cop a puncture now I'm up shit creek.

What is the spec of the stock Spec B 18" rims (I have a 2005 non-spec B 3.0R) and is it likely to cause problems if I use one of these (or some other wheel) which doesn't have the same offset and width as a spare?

Looks like Spec B wheels are 18x7 +55. Offset doesn't matter in this case. Gen5 GT wheels are 18x7.5
Are you running bigger brakes?

Thanks. Nope just stock 3.0R brakes which are the slightly larger calipers than some of the other models.
