Hi there,
Does anyone have an exploded view of the front calipers? I have mine off (new pads, machined rotors, painted calipers) and I am not 100% sure which pin goes in which side of the caliper despite laying them out in sequence. One pin has an uneven surface (like channels to hold grease) with a rubberised coating and the other is smooth. I am 95% sure of which way they go but would prefer to double check.
Cheers,

I found one on Partsouq but they don't really differentiate between the pins enough. Perhaps it doesn't matter although based on the diagram the top pin would be the smooth one I think.

Oddly enough the FSM doesn't show it either as far as I can see.
When I did mine, I installed the smooth pin to the top. Give them a clean and lube with moly grease to ensure even pad wear and a bit of copper based grease to the pads leading edge will help eliminate squeal.

Thanks dude, yes that is definitely correct now that I have looked more closely. The non-'smooth' pin has a rubber sleeve and this is shown on the linked diagram. I cleaned all the old grease out and replaced with synthetic brake grease and will use a bit of this on the back of the pads as extra insurance.
I also realised that when I pulled my brakes off the pads had the solid backing plate applied directly to the pad itself and then the slotted plate over the top. The linked diagram shows this the other way around. My new pads also came with solid backing plate already fixed to the pad.
I was a bit boring and just painted the calipers silver but they came up really well.
