You might already have this info, but below are the Gen4 Bilstein Part#s according to their Catalogue. Left column are fronts, Right column are rears. Arrows point to the side of the vehicle they go on (same Part#s for Sedan and Wagon).

You won't be much over Aus$1000 per set landed in Aus 8) (maybe just over Aus$1100, depending on what model).

So if we take the B6 Front Left as an example. It is VE3-B830.
Bilstein Germany lists prices online. They charge 227.00 EUR ea, which is Aus$352.75. (But expect to pay a LOT more from Bilstein Aus).
They actually list what OEM Subaru Parts#s each model corresponds to, but none match the 20310AG433 Subaru Part# that our stock billies are. But B8s are not listed as having OEM Part#s, so the chances are good that the factory Billies are basically B6s.

http://www.spring-loaded.co.uk in the UK list them at £184.26, which is Aus$369.76
http://www.partsgeek.com is great (that's where I bought my set of 4 Billies for the Merc). They are US$214.23, which is Aus$297.08.
EDIT: Partsgeek list 2 different B6s (HD and Performance). Price above is HD, Performance are US$231.33, which is Aus$320.43. That's confusing, I don't know what the difference is.
And rears you're looking at US$102.23, which is Aus$141.60 (B6 HDs and Performance are basically the same price for the rears).

Years ago I paid US$200 for freight from PartsGeek for 4 Shocks. Since weight counts most, that gives you a rough idea of what 2 shocks would be if you only get 2 (~$100).

http://www.bilsteinaustralia.com/

different aus part numbers come up for billies, which also match as a utility part numbers listed above in the b6/b8 version here.
if you also click on the product listed (for BL 3.0r as there is no 2.gt), it shows you oem part number cross reference, which are the genuine subaru billies 20310AG180 & 20310AG181 for the front.
thought this may help, :)

Yeah the B4 is a totally different design, they aren't an inverted monotube like the B6 and B8 so I think this just strengthens the case the Subaru OEM units (and other Bilstein OEMs such as Evos etc) are all just either B6 or B8 variants. Why would you bother modifying the shock it would cost more.. Unfortunately the seller I was looking at online has just sold out but it would have been ~$1000 landed for all 4.

Tom did they dyno your fronts and if so how bad were they?

No they didn't test my fronts. Because I had the bad knocking noise (common Bilstein Knock) from them when turning at low speed, I wanted to get them done either way. Getting them overhauled has totally fixed my noise.
