Brake disc rust, Help!

Brake discs were only replaced a month or so ago and theres light rust appearing, whats the best way to go about cleaning them and keeping them clean? Thanks

Wire brush the rust off, mask and spray with vht of your colour choice. See cruisn's posts for detail.
