F&R Camber

Hey Guys,

I have a 2007 Subaru Liberty, it's running 18x8.5 +40 rims on 235/40/18's,

I'm wanting to lower it and currently choosing between coilovers or springs.

It's my daily so i'd prefer to go springs, but i'll need to get some camber front and rear as it pokes right now.

Question: what's the best way to get camber without running coilovers, apparently you can buy "camber bolts", can you get these for the front and rear? and where do i get these,

Cheers,

Probably worth contacting whiteline about these:

But I feel like coilovers would be a cheaper/easier option than springs and the right kit for camber on the front and rear.

Front: WL camber caster tops, iirc lower camber bolts also available from other mfgs inc Eibach iirc.
Rear: WL camber bushes for the upper lateral arm, lower lateral arms as listed above.

Depending on how much camber you require vs eg the ride height, you may be able to get away with eg:
Front: Tops or lower bolts.
Rear: camber bushes.

As lowering generally increases static camber.
The KTA124 kit exists because this platform tends to run out of rear toe adjustment with lowering and or camber bushes.
Iirc the long arm is the toe adjuster, but generally the kit is designed to give a greater range of camber and toe, and WL recommend adding their toe lock kit to the KTA124 for the forward pivot of the rear trailing arm, at least for track use which is what the setup is ultimately designed for.

I'm tucking at the rear with the camber bushes and pokey rims, I need to make sure the forward trailing arm pivots are maxed for toe as the rear lower lateral arm is maxed for toe, at least on one side. (I DIYed my JDM alloy rear trailing arm install).
But see my second point above for the path of least resistance ;)

Personally, I hate the whiteline rear upper bushes, a pig to install and get set corretly, also very little adjustment.
Have been considering swapping them out for these. Not much info on the net for these though, well, very little that i've found atleast. Can't find them anywhere else.
