Hey guys.
Curious it know if there's any difference between JDM and US/AUDM suspension setups?
Looking at getting a set of KW V2 coilovers but obviously they're made for USDM Legacys (As everything seems to be *Rolls eyes*)
Any help would be appreciated (:

JDM Billies are similar to ours but are reputed to have firmer damping probably because roads are smoother overall in J.
USDM Billies have drop top mounts, that is, the upper surface that the shock attaches to extends an inch or so above the mounts chassis bolt.
Afaik it's not an issue with KW V2's as ride height is adjusted from the lower spring seat.
Generally KW's are not supplied with top mounts, your choices vary from OEM Subaru, WL camber caster or any quality pillowball or rubber mounted top mount with camber and caster adjustment, DMS probably being the ultimate solution.
Unless you're getting an amazing deal I'd recommend Shockworks over KW for value, ride and local support.
