GenV - Wheels Specs and Springs

Hi all, am about to start my mods journey and would like to tackle wheels and springs first.

wanting to get some feedback on a decent set of springs and what drop options across various brands and what you guys recommend? I read that teins are very harsh so not recommended though I did see pics of some members ride with those and the drop is decent without worrying about speeds bumps. Also read Kings have q drop of around 30mm is that the same as teins? How's quality and ride comfort?

Or should I just go for a set of coils and if so any recommendations?

Regarding wheels, would 19x8.5x +38 be the ideal flush specs and accompanying tyre specs without need for mods to fender or camber? (Taking into consideration lowering will be done).
