Will 18x8.5 +25 BBS LM's fit

Am I going to run into a massive problems trying to fit such a size on to my 07 wagon?

With that offset, the tyre will most likely scrub on the outer guards without significant camber and guard rolling.

I'm running bbs rs-gt 18x8 +38 with 225/40/18 had to get my guards rolled and it still kinda scrubs with a full car.
