Repair or replace Gen 3 stock alloy

Hey all. My old car is a Gen 3 RX wagon with the stock 16" alloys. One has been dented on the inside and is in need of repair.

Would it be worth reparing or replacing? I have no idea on cost of rim repairs in general, but found a replacement rim on ebay for $285. To anyone with rim repair experience, what did you get done and how much did it cost?
