Whiteline pricing inconsistencies.

Was having a look into Whiteline swaybars.

F&R bar and links to suit turbo model - $649
For non-turbo model - $888

Only difference between the 2 are differing front bars, which individually are the same price.
Non-turbo is an extra $239 just because it can't be bought as a 'kit'.

Seems legit.

shop around, eg carmodsaustralia ebay etc.
some vendors really cut into the available margin...

Those prices are crazy.

If I were you I'd just get the rear sway done and get urethane bushes for the stock front only. The stock front sway isnt all that much different compared to a whiteline one. Unless you track your car or frequent the hills, I reckon you'll be wasting your cash IMHO. Dont forget to get the upgraded rear sway mounts as the stock ones are piss weak and you'l end up snapping one in not time with a new bar. I bought Cusco HD mounts from Grarage 88. It just helped stabilize the rear bar and made sure the rear bar was working as it should with no weak links. Another upgrade is the front LCA bushes. Replace these with decent units and you'll have a massively improved car in terms of street handling.

Remember:
- Rear Bar
- Rear bar mounts (~$90 from G88)
- Front sway bushes (these are inexpensive so shop around)
- Front LCA bushes. (again shop around, but try Garage 88 first)

You could probably get all this done for a similar price to just F&R sways alone. But the handling will be better in the long term than just with sways alone.
Cheers
