Looking at replacing my standard shocks/springs with BC Coilovers. I don't particularly want to lower the car too much though. Does anyone know at their highest setting how much lower are the BC coilovers compared to standard?

Coilovers will be a waste then. Anyone that has a daily driven car gets BCs to go low. No other reason. For you, install Bilsteins and STI pink springs - that'll give you about a 10mm drop
