MY07 Liberty GT Premium POST FL brake numbers

Im looking to get new pads for my car and have been requested to confirm what the part numbers are to ensure I order the correct parts. From what I have been told, there is a slight difference between a few models of the same year as my car.

What I am after is the brake pad # for front and rear pads.

My car is an MY07 Liberty GT Premium (non Spec B) and Post FL.

Where can I find such information about the brake pad model/type required?

You need DB1722 (front) and DB1379 (rear)

All GT and 3.0R variants from 04-09 run exactly the same brakes

(except for 07 & 08 tbSTi which are fitted with Brembo's)

Can anyone confirm the front rotor sizes for my car please?

Do I have the 316mm or the 326mm rotors?
