Hi all, first time post and after some feedback...
Liberty GT my05 wagon, 215/45/17 currently fitted with Kumho 31
Have a problem with my rear Tyre wear. Have now had 2 alignments done (different suppliers) and Tyre's rotated and the steering characteristics are worse now than before. What is evident is that the rear Tyre's and getting worn out on the inside, especially on the Left side rear which also had feathering on the outside of the tyre. Below are the old and new alignment readings.... Doubt that it is an inflation problem as they are regularly checked 36/34 psi..
Have had the car now for 4 months and it has stock suspension and going through the service history front shocks were replaced early 2013, but not the rear and the rear does sit like is has a saggy rear end. Could the rear shocks be one of the contributing factors as to the the higher than normal rear camber values, or am i completely incorrect in thinking this?????. I have found that the stock set up for rear the Camber values should be -00'30 with tolerance between -00'45 to +00'45.... Mine are outside those tolerance levels being -01'14 and -01'17
As a result of rotating the Tyre's it is now in a constant pull to the left and need new Tyre's but want to ensure that I solve the problem first..
Any thoughts would be appreciated...
Matt
