Curious to know if anyone has fitted Cusco Street Zero coilovers to their gen4 (or even gen4 wagon).

They are awesome in a gen3 sedan... more comfy than stock when cruising about, and firm up like they're on rails when hitting corners.

Coilovers with 7kg F & 9kg Rear are great in my wagon.

The cusco's are 6k/6k but is made specifically for the wagon... the sedan version is front 7k, rear 6k.

What coilovers do you have? Is it best to go heaver in the rear for a wagon? (I don't cart heavy loads really).

I had Cusco Zero 2E’s that were custom valved (Thanks to G88) to suit and 10 & 11kg spring, a lot smoother than the OE setup with reduced dampener setting, a few clicks of added dampener and it was a go kart.

Wonder how the 6kg/6kg on the street zeros would be. I believe stock is 3.5kg front and 5.5kg rear...

I would go 8kg on rear & 6 on front.

Don't think I can change the spring rates in the Cusco Street Zero A's... or does adjusting the dampening effetely increase the spring-rate? Won't be dropping the car too much... planning maybe only 5-10mm lower than stock.

remember that bars also play a part in effective spring rates while cornering.

Here's the catalogue. Looks like I can only select different springs in the camber adjustable versions - but they are about $500 more

You can customised the coilover ….it depends who you buy it through, you need to find are dealer.

Garage 88 is a dealer for Cusco and can custom spec any configuration you require.

Ahh cool, thanks. So it sounds like 6kg front and 8kg rear is the goer? Or for a daily driver, is 7kg rear a good compromise for comfort?

Jslayz - a pair of cucso coilover springs?
Did you replace them with 8kg ones? As im yet to buy the coilovers I can still choose 6, 7 or 8 for the rear.

They are the Ohlins 7Kg that mine came with.
They were too soft so went 9kg
