Yes they would fit, very nicely too.
How low is your car? Guard rolling is about as much work as you should need to do. Which is easy/cheap.

I have almost the same spec wheels (+38). Rear guards will need to be rolled and you'll need some good camber front and rear (at least -2 front & rear)..... if your car is low.
