Now I know this is a well covered topic, but I can't find any info on the tein comfort sport coilovers. Has anyone heard anything or know anything about these coilovers? There on eBay for $2400. I'm thinking as these r tein they r probably my best bet, but if anyone else has opinion on coilovers for around the same price it would b much appreciated.

You can get Cusco Zeros from Garage 88 for around $2.2Kish which are around the same quality.

Cheers but I'm thinking more of getting the teins as u can get the in car edfc u can adjust the damping force etc

Cuscos have remote functionality also, but I don't know about the price.

+1, pretty sure these are ~$2.6K or thereabouts

Kido has the edfc option as well.

Last I heard is that they are no longer in production, but they are working on a redesigned system to be released later.

How many times a day do you change your damper settings to warrant the extra money on the electric wizardry?

Takes me about 2 or 3 minutes to change mine manually and I change them fairly close to never.

More like 15-30 min job to get to the rears in mine...need to take out the sub box, tools etc and put them back in neatly

That said, yeah I've kept mine set to 25/30 clicks and haven't touched them since I finalised the settings after they were installed.

+2. If you want the gadgets, buy a car with stock adaptive suspension.
I change mine from 8 from stiff to 18 every few days. Wouldn't pay anything to have it automatic- more things to go wrong.

"Electric wizardry" sounds awesome makes me want edfc more! The edfc was just a thought for down the track if I wanted to add that option on I want to b able to do it. Warranting the cost? Wtf? R u my accountant?. Here's the scenario if two different ppl were using the same car or your mrs is a bitch n wants a soft ride problem solved, edfc.

I'd also agree with this, if I had the ability to change it easily I'd imagine I would make use of it quite a lot. Plus, who doesn't like gadgets?

I had a custom valved set of Cusco Zero 2E’s with the Econ (EDFC controller) unit fitted, loved the adjustability especially for the daily driving on shit Sydney roads.

The ECON 2 units have few extra features like a G meter and graphing function for some track shenanigans.
