Just make sure what your buying is out of the same body shape as yours, as there are differences between wagon & sedan.

it is a 4th gen liberty.... but i think it's from a sedan ....mines a wagon...

would the rears fit fine in that case?

The rears are the parts that are different... You can make them fit, but not entirely sure what's involved.

They are exactly the same.

The only time anyone will mention a difference between sedan and wagon is when you're talking about normal struts and springs, in which case the springs in the rear of the wagon sit slightly higher. Therefor if you put sedan springs in the rear you'll get 'bumsag'

Since you have coilovers - forget it all as they are 100% identical.

^^^

I'll stand corrected if that's the case - Always happy to be proven wrong.
