Hi guys,

I've been looking at getting some xxr 527's but for some reason it looks like ozzytyres have monopolised the retail of these wheels and brand (though some still floating around as leftovers) but they dont offer the width i'm looking for. As a result Im having some wheel rebound for these DTM P10.1's that JDMyard are selling for a lower price and somewhat similar look. I know there's always the ongoing debate between "real" and "fake" wheels (both received as nicely as rays or work im sure), but for arguments sake what are some people's opinions on the DTM's in a cosmetic sense? Since they'll just be used for daily driving.

Iirc Prospeed Racing are selling those dtms now, so they must be ok and you get the benefit of a reliable local distributor. :)

I was also looking at getting a set of xxr 527s but looking at those dtms I think I like the black gloss better than the chromium black that the xxrs come in.
Also interested to see what everyone thinks about the quality, I really wish there was a retailer here so I could see them in person and decide.

Well ozzytyres are apparently the sole retailers of xxr now, but some shops still have a few sets with like +20 offset left over. Aka price increase -_- JDMyard stock the dtm's in their store and i agree that the gloss black looks good.

I've just bought a set of DTM Rush 18's for "the beater" (daily driver 2.5i) since they were only $770 delivered and they apparently clear Brembos too! The P10 are also a nice looking wheel but I didn't ask about the fitment on those.

From all the crap service I've heard about Ozzy I'd avoid them these days :?

They look really nice, fitment is great. I'd love to see some side on pics when you get the chance.
