STI Pink Springs

I've found a set of pink springs pretty cheap for import and just wondering would they fit stock 2.5 n/a struts? Would they drop the ride height at all? Or better off just waiting for a full set of bilsteins/springs to pop up?

They fit standard struts, 20mm drop.

Also, do you think they will affect the ride quality much? I don't really want to stump up for coilovers or new shocks if I don't need to.

A 20mm drop on stock shocks will see a reduction in the life of the shock. Just be aware.

Just as a query, if I did go with the whole bilstein/spring setup, will I still get a 20mm drop? I've read that it could raise the height?

Yes, if you run them with STi springs.
