Brake Upgrade Question

I know this has probably been answered before but I've searched and can't find anything....

Will most Subaru brakes fit most models? As in: Will Gen 3 GT-B fit Gen 4 n/a? What year WRX will fit a gen 4? I'm pretty sure I've seen a list somewhere but can't find it.

Only reason I'm asking is I'm finding some rather cheap 4/2 calipers that I'd like but need to know about fitting before I buy.

WRX fronts will fit but rear will need a adapter.

3.0R and GT will be a straight swap.

Front brakes from just about any Subaru will bolt up no probs. Rears is the same except for brembos and 2pots I believe.. Mark (cruisn) will confirm though.

Thanks guys, that's what I though but just needed confirmation.

The other thing I'm curious about is are there different size rotors used in the same model? As in would the GC WRX have 2 different sizes it could use?

Brake rotors are specfic to calipers.

The only ones that share the same rotor is the rears on a GT and the rears on WRX 2 pots both 290mm.

Everything is interchangeable, need adapters to run WRX or Brembo 2 pot rears.
