BC BR coilover help! :(

Hey guys. So my new wheels don't fit in the rear. 18x8.5. +44. 245/40/18.

I need to raise my coilovers up a little so they can fit. Only problem is they won't go any higher.
I'm running the stock BC BR springs. Have adjusted the locking rings to as low as possible and tyre is still in the fender.

They say BC's can get to stock height, Im still 30mm lower than stock. :(

Any help would be much appriciated.

The very bottom ring, if you losen that and take out the bottom strut bolt you can wind the whole bottom section of the strut assembly down.

Conclusion: I now understand how the BC BR's are 110mm adjustable.

Height independent adjustment FTW!
But where can I find info on preload adjustment as regards coilovers?
And how (if) preload affects spring rate?

Im no expert but from what I know it's adding stiffness to your springs.

The more preload = The stiffer the spring.

You do lose suspension travel the more preload you set.
