AD-443 wheels

Has anyone heard of or got "AD-443" wheels, as shown below?

If they're any good, I'd considering getting them in 18x8 +45 - Matte Black with polished Machine.

Im not sure about the quality, but they are fairly cheap.

You do get what you pay for.......
