Braided brake line question

OK, two questions:
1. Any sources for ADR approved brake lines for a good price? (<$300)
2. How would it affect braking if I change just the fronts to braided and leave the rears as rubber?

i have a set, i bought of phat gt a long wile ago.. still in the packet..
if he gives the all clear they will fit your car ill sell them too you.
i just never got round to putting them on.. now im selling the car.
