Just wondering, if I get 18x8 with +42, will it rub?

Thanks - should have specified more info, shouldn't I

It's going on a mildly lowered GT. I have narrowed my rim choices down to four, my favourite being Weds SA-70 in 18", and they are only available in 18x8" +42.

Otherwise it's the Gram Lights 57 Maximum, or the STi Enkeis (but these are too common for my liking, and also hard to clean :P)

I'm most likely going to be getting a set of Work Emotion CR Kai in 18x7.5 +48 (i.e. offset) in silver, secondhand cheaply - so that's my preferred option. If I had to buy new wheels, it'd be one of the three I listed before :)

edit: Price is roughly about $2000-2200 incl freight from Japan.

I need to think about it, when the rims were purchased they were $1000 per rim they now sell for about $700 a rim so I guess $2000 for the five but there not available untill a get my hands on a new car.......hurry up Subaru.......Oh yeah the tyres cost just over $400 each also but they wont have much life in them. Also one rim is scratched due to a rock being left in a gutter.
