KYB compatibility

I have a potential buyer for my KYB struts, he is looking for any information on fitting the Gen IV struts into a Gen I.. Can anyone assist so I can get rid of these things?

Rears are totally different and the fronts use a different brake line mounting on the strut but will physically fit.
