Rota Grid

Postby climic » Mon Oct 24, 2011 7:21 pm

Hey just wondering what rota grids will fit my car, I've read threads and been to my local dealer and they said anywhere from 8.5-9 will start to rub my brakes! I want to know your opinion on them?

I drive a wagon 07 na!

Want to know best size 17/19? Offset? And driving conditions (ie bit more rough)

Also on the side note if I get 19's looking to lower my car with kings so about 30-35mm, bad idea to get the 19's?

Thanks!!

I would go 18x8 or 18x8.5 and run 225/40/18's on them

17's look too small and 19's are annoying rough and will more then likely scrub if you go low.

So 8.5" isn't too wide for a 225 tyre? Thought maybe that 235 is better suited to that width rim.

I agree 17's are too small for the liberty 18's are best!

18x8 and 18x8.5 should be fine i have a set of wheels which are 18x8 + 44 fit no problem and just brought a set 18x8.5 + 38

ask drn drn he will tell you what fitment is like he is running 18x9.5 + 40 CRAZY!

225/40R18 are fine on an 8.5" rim.

BUT you must check the load rating.

Does no-one "get" this?
