Coilover question

I now have Tein flex coilovers in the car along with front and rear swaybars. Car sits on 225/40/18 near new Falken FK452 and had full wheel alignment.
First impressions:
- Enjoying how flat the car sits around corners
- Love how turning out of a hard corner the sway doesn't give you a kick back when straightening.
How ever i am sure of what to settle the coilovers at. It seems i am suffering from understeer with having the front and rear as 11 turns back (anti clockwise) from hard. Sway bars are set hard on rear and soft on front. hard corners especially roundabouts/ uturns etc the nose just tends start diving straight.
So my question: What setting do you have your coilovers at for normal road/hills driving. harsher front? harsher rear?

Rear should be set about 10-20% harder than the front since the motion ratio in the rear is less.
You want even harder if you want to dial some understeer out. So if rear is same as front then already the rear wheels are getting less damping than the front.
Rather than start from hardest and work backwards I would recommend start from softest and turn towards hardest. You want the damping as soft as possible to maintain road tracking.
P.s. Tyre pressure factors in as well; make sure front is lower than back by maybe 2-4psi when cold. But you probably only knew this as it's not unique to coilovers. What alignment specs did you get?

Wheel alignment would be the first thing I would check, really important to have a decent one.
What spring rates are on the Teins? I reduced the understeer alot by putting heavier rate springs in the rear of mine. Stopped the back from sagging so much and pushing the nose creating heaps of understeer.

The Type Flex are spring rated at 6 front and 6 rear. Wheel allignment was done by bob jane tmart
I softened up the springs and made the rears 2 turns harder and has stopped the nose dive. now the back hangs out.

Is the back hanging out on the brakes or under power??
I'm not questioning ur driving ability but have you done any driver training on a track??

What do you mean "softened up the springs" ? The springs are progressive rate and you released some preload?
