What are you going to use the tyres for? The Advan tread pattern looks best for onroad use in winter. The first Nitto one has quite an odd tread pattern; if I had to choose between the two I would choose the second one purely for better resistance to aquaplaning.
Jim the second pic is the Nitto NT05 and they retail for $350 a tyre. Dont get me wrong they look awsome and mean but am I wondering how would they handle over all. The reviews say they are good but some of them people who wirte reviews are not all there either.

The NT05 look like a semi-slick tyre, look at the tread (or lack thereof!) Very thin and shallow grooves for least amount of squirming. Why did you narrow choices to these 3? Perhaps explain your intended use for the tyres and your budget, you may get some other suggestions out of us.
Honestly my options are open and about the price range I am not bothered at all. All I know when it comes to tyres I have all the money in the world for.
What would you suggest ? I am open to the forums comments.

Personally if money was no object I would get Bridgestone RE070A since they are a good mixed track/road tyre and are one step up from the RE050A. They will take a little longer than normal road tyres to get warm/grippy but they grip really well on the limit.
Quite expensive though $450+ for the 18" but they are more readily available than tyres such as Nitto or Advan which can be a hassle if you get a puncture that cannot be repaired.

Ok, money may not be an hinderance, but it does make sense to pick the best tire for your intended use. No sense blowing a huge amount of dosh for semi-slicks if you never plan to track the car. With that being said, are you after:
- Comfort - Quiet Ride - Aggressive cornering - Track Slicks - Steering response - Good in the dry or wet - Good braking in the dry or wet
