Mine are getting installed on Friday :D

I've just received my STI rear lateral arms, will have them fitted as well as the standard sways.

I'm been waiting a very very long time for this as I've never been satisfied with the car's suspension.

EDIT: and I've already changed my suspension twice.

I'm not sure if there are recommended wheel alignment settings as I haven't opened the box yet.

I'm going for a ride height similar to a MY06 TbSTI as it looks just right, not too high or low.

Anyone else about to have their's installed?

We're all still waiting on the container to arrive as far as I'm aware.
Can't wait for the notice from Owen that they have landed and he's ready to collect the cash prior to delivery ;)

Had some open road the other night and gave the car a push the other night and my knocks are getting worse and worse.
New suspension will be amazing especially considering Bennys recent feedback on these too!!!
mod -> tune -> drive -> get bored -> repeat...

There are no "recommended" settings as such, however from my personal experience with numerous specs on this car I've found for street these specs work best:

Front camber: -2.5
Front caster: whatever the caster correction is that Whiteline or Superpro bushes give you
Front toe: 1-2mm total toe out to get some turn in sensitivity (something the Liberty severely lacks)

Rear camber: Natural (as long as your car isn't slammed)
Rear toe: 1-2mm total toe in

For track use, dial in another degree of neg camber and have your toe out at approx 2mm at the front

In other news, sea freight is arriving on the 23rd! No need for deposits, I can take full payments, build them to sedan/wagon spec and have them shipped out.

Thanks for sharing those settings Owen. Much appreciated.

Aside from the Shockworks, the only non standard element of my suspension will be the Phat lower control arm bushings. the aforementioned STI rear lateral arms (which are a factory part anyway) and some front and rear bracing, which won't affect geometry.

There may be more sets ordered, but not any time soon unless I get more commitments to make another production run.

The way the Aus dollar is atm, and how much air freight costs for such a big and heavy box doesn't make it worth while for me to sell them at $2000 unless I order another 10 and bring them over by sea.

I have no issue with waiting for sea freight. The production delay on the first set has probably cost me one of the first round, I'd happily put down a deposit for round two though!

So that's 3. If we can get another 5 together I'd be happy to put out for another sea shipment.
