So just to give some closure to this thread...

I chickened out on the self install as I'm currently in a rental so don't have the space or tools required. In the end I got Ian Diffen Morley to do it. $200 + Alignment ($79) to fit the struts and a front sway I had sitting in the boot.

The front sits a little high which a few people have mentioned, but I think that's partially because I have about +30Kg of second hand struts and sway bars sitting in the back atm.

All in all nice guys and easy to deal with so I got no complaints.

Well no complaints except for my fuel consumption (after filling up and resetting the reading yesterday) went from 12.6L/100km when I dropped it off to 16L/100km when i picked up. :?

I guess they had to aggressively drive the car to "check the suspension"

So anyone want to buy a set of near new KYB struts, matching springs and stock sway bars from a MY07 GT Wagon?
:D
Started with a Gen2 Outback, then got a MY07 GT Spec.B Manual w Cat Back Exhaust and Verso Tuned, now got 2 kids and a MY07 GT Auto Wagon, Ultrex stealth back exhaust, panel filter, Whiteline Sways all round, Spec.b struts and springs and Kido-Tuned.
